Qipit is a neat service that allows you to convert JPEG images captured with your phone into PDFs by only sending and receiving one email from your phone. It is only a matter of minutes till you receive the reply with the converted-to-PDF image.
Possible usage scenarios for this are (but obviously are not limited to) 'virtual' storage of receipts, invoices, and such documents (if you prefer the PDF format over JPEG, naturally).
